After almost losing to French Open champion Li Na in the second round, Lisicki has cruised through her last couple of opponents. Unfortunately for her, she’ll be matched up against the hottest player at Wimbledon right now and the only defending champion left in Maria Sharapova. She may also have to deal with the nasty British weather, something she seems to be a bit weary of. |

This has been a busy year for the beautiful, bubbly Kate Upton, from being voted Sports Illustrated’s 2011 Swimsuit Rookie of the Year to becoming Esquire’s Woman of Summer, and exploding as the ultimate “Dougie” guru. Kate also teamed up with SoBe to take part in the “Try Everything” launch in NYC, where our very own Ryan had a date with her, sort of. But she’s not done, now Kate will prove that she is also really good at staring contests thanks to the release of her new poolside SoBe TV spot for SoBe Lifewater Mango Melon (the flavor may or may not have been the inspiration). And, sometimes, things get so wild that drunken dancing ends with falling in a fountain. That’s how you know everyone’s having a ball. Maybe. I don’t know. If nothing else, you have to give this dude props for not even breaking stride after totally embarrassing himself like that. My face would be all red, I wouldn’t want anyone to look at me, then I’d go blare Slipknot and cut myself. But this dude just shakes that water out and keeps it moving. Lots of respect. Maybe the hottest women there weren’t on board with it, but he’s at least pulling a 6.5 with that confidence. The smell of stagnant pond water has never been such an aphrodisiac. |
