John Ross, owner of Advance Testing Ltd., acquired the Katana Sportsman Tour, now the British Columbia Late Model Tour, and has aligned the new series with one of the most prominent short track racing series, ASA - American Speed Association. Rob Angus, a well known and respected racer, has assumed the duties as Race Director.
In conversation with Rob, he explained the intent of the new series is to be inclusive to all racers, tracks, sponsors and race fans, and pledges to create an atmosphere of fun and competitive racing under a stable rules package, consistent management and a fair remuneration at the pay window.
