| Will Gina Carano make a return to MMA this year? Posted: 13 Jan 2011 02:04 PM PST Hottie MMA fighter Gina Carano, a favorite here on Guyism, has not stepped into an MMA ring for quite some time–August of 2009 to be exact. But Scott Coker, the CEO of Strikeforce, and the man who made Carano somewhat famous believes she will make a triumphant return in 2011.
I think Coker is mixing reality with his own personal dreams. Carano has moved onto bigger and better things in Hollywood including a starring role in a movie called Haywire. And really, nothing she can do in the hexagon can match the financial whirlwind of a Steven Spielberg movie. So, in the opinion of this author, Carano’s MMA days are over. Sadly, we’ll never duplicate that moment we shared when she had to publicly undress for a weigh-in. That’s when she stole my heart. Then you just know how to get things done on the greased up lanes of destiny. I’m personally most impressed by how he doesn’t even look back until after the shot hits. Granted, I don’t have this guy’s expertise, but if I were pulling some shenanigans like that, I would not only watch the whole way, I’d run up and down and tell everybody in the bowling alley. “Hey mister mister, I was throwing by ball down this lane but then I knocked all the pins down in this other lane instead!” Then he’d tussle my hair and go, “Son, you’re 26. Cut the shit.” And I’d feel like a dick. But still, got that strike, didn’t I? |
| Erin Andrews will pimp Reebok shoes Posted: 13 Jan 2011 12:06 PM PST From sideline hottie to Dancing with the Stars veteran to Good Morning America correspondent, it’s been a mighty busy last 12 months for ESPN’s Erin Andrews. Oh, and there was that whole peeping tom in the hotel thing too, lest we forget. Anyways, Andrews will now be pitching Reebok shoes in their new ZigTech campaign.
Not really sure how Andrews fits in with the likes of those aforementioned athletes, unless of course, trying to dodge the advances of Bruce Pearl has become sport. |

How is that I have never heard of Petra Cubonova before today? Seriously this woman is in a whole different category of hot. She’s from Czechoslovakia (it is still called Czechoslovakia, right? Oh yeah, the Czech Republic now, that’s right.) and I’d put her right up there in the pantheon of sexy women that includes Candice Swanepoel, Adriana Lima, Elsa Hosk, Sandra Valencia, and, umm, so many to choose from… who else should I add to this list?                                     |

’I remember watching him in ’Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’ and his performance was so good. He was so awesome in ’Raajneeti’. Ajay sir chooses his films so carefully and all of them are so different, because of which he is among few actors who are not typecast and that’s what I love. ’The journey that he has taken in his career is so inspiring because he is not someone who says ’I am an action guy’ or ’I am the lover boy’, he is someone who does so many different roles. That, for someone new like me, is very inspiring and one feels to be like him,’ she said.
