If it isn’t Jorgie Porter busting out all over the place, it’s Jennifer Metcalfe smoking it up or as is the case today, Gemma Merna killing it like she is here in the latest Loaded. Man, I love Loaded magazine. Seriously. If it weren’t for the Internet I would totally subscribe to it. (Really though, you need to visit their Web site sometime. It’s quite amazing.)             |

What can I say about UFC Octagon girl Arianny Celeste that hasn’t already been said. She’s easily the hottest female associated with the sport and arguably one of the most beautiful female “athletes” of all-time (and yes, I realize I’m using the term athlete here rather loosely). PHOTOS: Arianny Celeste poses for Playboy Celeste and some of her cohorts from the UFC are in Australia for an upcoming Pay-per-view event and of course, they decided to hit the waves at the world famous Bondi Beach. More importantly though, Celeste wore a skimpy purple bikini that left almost nothing to the imagination. On a side note, I say this with the utmost sincerity-God bless Arianny and the service she’s doing for those who suffer from FFS (Furious Fapping Syndrome). | Bill James announces Baseball IQ app for iPhone, iPad Posted: 25 Feb 2011 11:56 AM PST Alright, that title sounds terrible, as if I think Bill James is bad or something. He’s not. In fact, he’s the jam, and I imagine, having just seen the announcement, that his “Bill James Baseball IQ” iPhone and iPad application will be equally as awesome. (But probably less hermit-y and curmudgeon-y. And with a shorter beard.) That’s primarily because it looks amazeballs based on the sneak preview he gave on Actasports.com of the old “K Zone.” Witness, for instance, Carl Crawford’s strikeouts from 2010.
As you can see, Carl Crawford struck out 104 times and did nearly every time on a low and away pitch. This isn’t necessarily breaking news so much as it is so freaking awesome that us normal peon-folk will be able to access it via an iPhone or iPad. Just because I like these pictures (and for comparisons sake), here’s Carlos Pena’s strikeouts from 2010.
Nothing different (and, by the way, does it seem like there’s an RBI Baseball type of design going on here?) except for the K total and how Pena struck out, but it does give a better idea of just how intricate the breakdown is for each batter. Unfortunately, the app isn’t out yet — Acta says it’ll be out “early this spring.” So until then you’ll have to make due with a protractor. |
| VIDEO: “Two and a Half Men” season (series?) finale leaked after Charlie Sheen outbursts Posted: 25 Feb 2011 11:44 AM PST Now that this season of “Two and a Half Men” has been called off due to Charlie Sheen’s epic fall from grace (and the show may find itself cancelled), the season — and possibly series — finale of the show leaked online mere moments ago. It’s a classy way to close things out. Chuck Lorre and the other “Two and a Half Men” producers should have known that they created Charlie Sheen with too much attitude. Too “in your face”. Model cum actress Dipannita Sharma is the newest to join the star cast of Yash Raj Films’ romantic comedy "Ladies v/s Ricky Bahl". "Ladies v/s Ricky Bahl" brings the " Band Baaja Baaraat" couple Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma together once again. It also has Priyanka Chopra’s cousin Parineeti Chopra. The film is about a wonderful conman Ricky Bahl that cons girls for a living, but lastly meets his match. Dipannita plays a corporate no-nonsense executive who is thrilled by Ricky Bahl (Ranveer). Maneesh Sharma is directing it and Aditya Chopra is producing the film with different story produced by him. It’ll start on floor early April and it is expected to be released Dec 9. Habib Faisal has written the dialogues and Devika Bhagat has scripted the movie script. Salim-Sulaiman will compose the background music and Amitabh Bhattacharya will pen the lyrics. The film is going to be shot by Aseem Mishra
