As plans were recently unveiled by the Government to counter the sexualisation of children, this is one performance that will no doubt angrily fuel the argument even further.
Last night, Taylor Momsen, herself only 17, put on a raunchy show as she performed in Barcelona last night.
She was seen gyrating on the lap of one of her fans as a group of half-dressed, similar aged girls were whipped into a frenzy behind her.

The controversial teen was performing with her band The Pretty Reckless at the city's Razzmatazz club.
At one point, as she stood up to sing, she sunk to her knees again as another fan groped her breasts.
The singer is known for her outspoken nature and outrageous attitude but even this might have been taking things too far, especially as she is under age to be indulging in this type of behaviour.

Not that her Spanish fans seemed to care - in fact, they couldn't wait to strip off and join her on stage and gyrate and thrust around her.
But the performance by Momsen, who was raised a Roman Catholic and is reportedly dating Paul Weller's son Natt, will no doubt further fuel the debate that the pop-porn culture sexualises children.
Both Katy Perry and Nicole Scherzinger, who have young fans, were slammed recently for their sexual lyrics and barely-there outfits as Lib Dem Children's Minister Sarah Teather introduced measures to prevent the sexualisation of children.

Even record producer Mike Stock, responsible for launching Kylie's early pop career, said: The lyrics of pop songs had become too sexualised, that music videos had effectively turned into soft-core pornography, and that the combined impact of both is almost certainly having a hugely damaging effect on our children.'
Taylor also caused controversy when she took to the stage at the Download festival last month without her bra.
The loose-fitting top she was wearing exposed her chest, but she was considerate enough to at least cover her nipples with duct tape.

But Taylor has denied that she dresses for herself and doesn't do it to be provocative, even though she sacked her stylist because she was unhappy with the squeaky-clean look they had been developing.
She told MTV: 'I think firing my stylist has allowed me to be more free. I was getting moulded into this thing that wasn’t who I am.'
However, at a fashion event in Japan, she stunned onlookers when she ditched the rock chick black and wore a pretty pink mini dress at a fashion show for Japanese handbag maker Samantha Thavasa.
However, she didn't leave the gothic look completely behind as she rocked her signature gothic eye make-up.
