| 7 clichés that make you want to punch someone in the mouth Posted: 03 Jul 2011 05:00 AM PDT Since we crank out so many stories each week some really good ones get lost in the cracks. And since so many new people visit Guyism every day (thank you), we thought we’d take some time on the weekends to share a few classics that many of our newer readers may have missed. Our mothers always told us, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all". Well, what if you do have something nice to say, but that something nice was just a bunch of regurgitated bullshit? Maybe it's best if you still hold back and not say anything at all. Some of them date so far back that we don't even know what they mean anymore. So, why do we keep using them? If you're considering using one of the following clichés to encourage someone, you might want to think twice or you could end up with a mouthful of knuckle. 7 "What Goes Around, Comes Around" 6 "Good Things Come To Those Who Wait" 5 "Piece of Cake" and "Easy As Pie" 4 "A Watched Pot Never Boils" 3 "Work Like A Dog" 2 "Don't Look A Gift Horse in the Mouth" 1 "Gave It The Old College Try" |
| Katrina Kaif supports for Aishwarya Rai Posted: 03 Jul 2011 05:00 PM PDT As revealed earlier, Madhur Bhandarkar thought to show Aishwarya Rai Bachchan the exit way from his ambitious project HEROINE. It appears that Katrina Kaif is sad with this and it has developed a new form of fondness for the would-be mom. Based on sources, Katrina isn’t too happy with the way things have developed up for Aishwarya and her film HEROINE which no more belongs to her now. While maintaining a safeguarded stand on Aishwarya’s pregnancy and her exit from Madhur Bhandarkar’s film, Katrina says, "We should not be too harsh about such things and should work as friends always ." Though Katrina tried to mince words, but the message is loud and clear that she sees Ash’s expulsion from the film a tad serious move.
