DEFENDER NECK BRACE

Safety and Defender are appropriate terms to associate with DJ Safety, after all, the company was founded by retired Navy Lieutenant Commander Joseph Hansen.  After defending the country for a full career, Hansen decided to defend racers against terror on the track.  The latest product in the DJ Safety product line adds to the protection level of defense.
Hansen showed us the Defender head and neck restraint and explained; “For safety equipment to be useful it has to be worn by the drivers.  The Defender neck restraint is exactly that, comfortable, and the driver will wear it because it’s not a distraction.”
Hansen went on to show us the flexible form fit belts that follow the shape of the driver’s body providing the means for safe restraint while maintaining a level of comfort.  The crew at DJ Safety demonstrated how the Defender system allows side to side head movement without sacrificing overall efficiency.  Hansen explained that they will have videos of the system on the DJ Safety website soon, so check back often to see the Defender system in action.
